Description
When coding loop harness is finished (ie. 12/12 phases completed) and we move to Deploy & E2E tests loop, it's not visible in TUI at all.
Steps to Reproduce
- Do any SpecFlow run with enabled integration tests
- Wait till code generation is done
- Deploy loop starts correctly but TUI doesnt indicate that at the bottom.
Expected Behavior
Maybe we should indicate the counter as ie. 1/12 of coding phase, but once we are past 12/12, we should additively indicate we are at "12/12 coding, 1/4 deploy&e2e"
Actual Behavior
We are just shown each workspace is at last phase and completed, while deploy loop is happening.

- OS: macOS
