Hey, I have no idea what the issue here is, but this repository is meant to only contain the API for openvasd, which is implemented in https://github.com/greenbone/openvas-scanner and has nothing to do with OpenVAS. If you have issues with installing openvas and everything is connected to it, use https://greenbone.github.io/docs/latest/
