External Payment for Form Fee

I'd love to see an extension that allows you to provide a mandatory step for people to have to pay a fee using ANY payment API. Specifically I'm using Moneris so that would be lovely. It should be able to send out your API Key and Store ID, cost of the fee and that's it. The step would wait for the feedback from the payment page to verify that the transaction was successful before continuing to the next step.
