Uploaded Files need pagination

When you have a large number of files uploaded to a particular folder the page loading takes a very long time. This could be solved with pagination

This is an issue in grasshopper core: admin supports pagination already with the grasshopper pagination collection

Assets cannot be queried, and thus, cannot be paginated.
