change default gPodder home location

~/Library is now hidden by default in Finder.

So going back to ~/gPodder would make sense.

Wasn't it always hidden? If we use ~/gPodder we should probably make it configurable, because not everyone wants to have their home directory cluttered.

@completely unrelated project, but I have found GitbookIO/feedback#491 to have accurate links about where files conventionally should live on different platforms.
