Realtime <-> Drive sync #7
Description
Right now, the Realtime document never actually syncs with the underlying Drive file. This means a user can only save and share documents that have been created with the app.
The Realtime document should be initialized from the actual Drive file.
The Drive file should be updated with the Realtime contents on write.
