v25.12.19 is not available on NPM, NuGet, or Maven

It seems that the NPM access token is either expired or revoked and must be updated, same for the NuGet release and probably for the Maven release too.

But the Nuget/Maven/Maven-Kotlin had failed then...

With this release it is also NPM/PyPi that are failing (only crates.io succeeded).

Is the problem with the publishing side only? Can the action be re-run later (after fix) to publish the missing versions?

Hi @dbaileychess would you mind taking a look once you have a chance? A lot of recent versions are not available in maven, PyPi and other plartforms.

It looks like the Java/Kotlin failures are caused by the OSSRH deprecation. Sonatype shut down the legacy OSSRH service on June 30, 2025. The current publishing config still targets OSSRH (nexus-staging-maven-plugin + oss.sonatype.org), so all Java and Kotlin Maven releases are silently failing.

The fix requires migrating to the new Maven Central Portal:

• Update pom.xml to use central-publishing-maven-plugin (https://central.sonatype.org/publish/publish-portal-maven/)
• Update the Kotlin build.gradle to use the Central Portal Gradle plugin
• Rotate the OSSRH_USER_V2 / OSSRH_TOKEN_V2 secrets to new Central Portal token credentials (https://central.sonatype.org/publish/generate-portal-token/)

This requires maintainer access to both the Sonatype Central Portal account and the repository secrets.
