You need to follow https://www.bluetooth.com/develop-with-bluetooth/qualify/ to get qualification. Membership and qualification fees are quite expensive. Sometimes, manufacturers may also delegate third-party labs to conduct the process. I don't think Bumble has any user using it for qualification (or even production), and we don't have a plan to make it PTS-ready, though for simple GATT scenarios it might not be too complicated. |

Hi,
Just wanted to start by saying thank you for such a helpful tool! I've learnt so much about Bluetooth by being able to explore and experiment easily in Python.
I started using Bumble as a way to experiment with Bluetooth, and I ended up developing a prototype of a product with it, which is working very well. I'm considering actually launching my product, and I'm curious about getting it qualified through the Bluetooth SIG using the Profile Tuning Suite (PTS), and I was just wondering if anyone has done this or if anyone thinks it's even possible.
I realise Bumble is in alpha and isn't production-ready yet, but I only want to get a small portion qualified (basic BLE advertising, scanning, and GATT), so I'm (probably naively) thinking it might be possible?
Just curious if anyone has any thoughts about this
Thanks!
