Unable to create file 'mise.toml'

Hello,

Just tried to setup a new project using the template but when running cookiecutter I get:
Unable to create file 'mise.toml'
And the project is not generated at all.

Tried with default settings and custom ones.
Tried on Ubuntu 22.04 and Windows 10.

Expected output: directory with project_name is created
Actual output: nothing is created, the template remains unchanged

I'll look into it! - I've been doing some work recently on updating how the project works on the "components" branch. Might make sense to check that out. The docs are not updated yet, but I've switched from cookiecutter to copier and away from jinja to DTL
