v60.4 fsp is no more R/W as described in API keys documentation.

When trying to set `fsp` an error is returned

and `psm` is not documented in the v60.4 API keys document

Found the behaviour through trial and error:

0 - Automatic phase selection
1 - Single phase
2 - Three phase
