Is anyone actively maintaining this project, or if not then is one of the 180 forks in active maintenance?

Goad was a great tool last time I used it, but it seems to have died a death maintenance-wise.  The web links are out of date and it no longer works out of the box.  This is a shame.

There's lots of forks of the project.  Are any of them active?  Can we focus on one of them and rejuvenate this project?  Am asking this to save me a) forking it myself or b) trying something else.
