Blend in and remove Gleaner Compose into Archetype

The repo: https://github.com/gleanerio/gleaner-compose is not needed in light of archetype, which make the "approach" argument much better.

Blend in the material in https://github.com/gleanerio/gleaner-compose to here and delete gleaner-compose.
