Please update the version in the winget/scoop

So far, the newest version on winget is still 0.1.1

Scoop does list git-flow-next-pre 1.0.0, but it’s in the versions bucket, and you once stated:

When git-flow-next releases a stable version, we can then add git-flow-next to the Main/Extras bucket.
