Blocking bug: Yellow bar inconsistently appearing

A user submitted the following:

In the training 'First Week on GitHub', following 'Securing your workflows' there is an error in the task 'Find the vulnerable dependency'. The yellow bar like in your picture is not triggered.

I with my old account had no problems with the task. Someone else with a new account has problems. The example is from a fresh account.

Suggested next steps:

• Duplicate this bug
• Identify, is this a change in UI, function, or something else?
• Update instructions/steps as necessary

I can also confirm that I'm not observing the yellow bar as instructed in the lab instructions:

Not sure of workarounds/remediations here, let me know if I can help in any way as I can currently reproduce this unexpected behavior.
