[Feature]: Table of Contents (toc) in each generated markdown #1970

Problem Statement
Sometiimes the Specs are really huge textfiles (hundreds of lines). So finding a chapter is not so easy.
Proposed Solution
Genrate on top of each spec, task and other files a "Table of Contents" with links to jump directly to the chapter.
