Beads

I've been using Beads for a few days (https://github.com/steveyegge/beads) and it's been amazing. Has anyone tried using it with Spec-Kit? Ideally I'd like the task management of Beads with the content and the specification process of Spec-Kit. I've been able to use Spec-Kit, and then tell the agent to build out the backlog in Beads - but it feels a little clunky. Perhaps a skill is the best way to smooth it out for the time being.

https://github.com/nfskiy2/beadskit I was also puzzled by this question, I didn't find any information, so I decided to do it myself using AI, I'm a complete noob in programming, so all this instruction is written by AI, I haven't tried it in practice yet, so if someone helps me do it better, it will be very cool.

I played around with Beads about a month ago and it never seemed to work well for me. The plans it generated were pretty thin. Its lack of integration with a ticketing system was a non-starter for anything but single dev working alone.

Spec Kit does a better job at the planning and specing and more importantly keepin things in sync /analyze is powerful.
