+The reported repositories reproduce and redistribute proprietary Odoo modules owned by AcruxLab without authorization.  
+These modules are commercial software and are not licensed under an open-source license permitting public redistribution or republication.  
+The infringing repositories reproduce module names, structures, business logic, and source code originally developed by AcruxLab and distributed only under commercial terms.

+The copyrighted work consists of proprietary Odoo modules developed and owned by AcruxLab.
+
+The modules implement WhatsApp integration functionality for Odoo, including backend business logic, Python code, XML views, JavaScript assets, APIs, workflows, and related CRM and Sales integrations.  
+The reported repositories do not merely redistribute the copyrighted software. They also contain modified versions intended to remove or bypass commercial restrictions and service limitations implemented in the original software offering.  
+These modifications were made without authorization and constitute unauthorized derivative works based on our proprietary software.
