Detecting when copilot CLI is not installed?

The SDK seemingly relies on the Copilot CLI to be installed to function correctly. How can we detect in our applications when that is not installed so that we can give a good error message to customers? At the moment for .NET it results in a number of exceptions that are could be associated with other types of failures.
