Agent not found during startup

Describe the bug

When I run copilot --agent <my-agent> copilot doesn't load my agent properly

It simply writes my agent.md into the context, but /agent still shows the default agent selected

--agent should work the same during startup as /agent does during the session

This was fixed in v1.0.19. The --agent flag now properly selects custom agents in interactive mode, so /agent reflects the startup selection as expected. That release also fixed cases where an agent's display name differs from its filename. If you still see the problem after updating, feel free to reopen.
