CLI crashes randomly after upgrading to v1 GA

Describe the bug

upgraded to the v1 GA version just a week ago and everything seemed to be going really well. I then built a large plan to calculate metrics from metadata returned from Microsoft Teams webinars and I received this first error image stating out of memory.

I uninstalled the CLI, deleted the dot copilot folder, and Revoked the GitHub Copilot CLI OAuth authorization.

I then reinstalled the CLI and reauthorized OAuth using copilot login and started to use the CLI as normal. just hours later when building a new plan within a different repository, I received the other error screenshot below.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

run copilot --yolo and use any mode... no rhyme or reason. just spits out error logs and goes back to prompt

Several crash and memory fixes have shipped since v1.0.3. In particular, v1.0.6 resolved memory leaks and HTTP/2 connection crashes, and v1.0.12 fixed out-of-memory errors triggered by high-volume shell output. Updating to the latest version should resolve these. If you're still seeing crashes after updating, feel free to reopen this issue with the error details.
