Copilot in Warp and iTerm2 crashing with OOM exception

Describe the bug

I'm working on an app with a new "squad" tool from @bradygaster but it crashes with OOM exceptions adfter a while then kicks me out. 0.0.407-0. It doesn't save the session either so i cant --resume. Happening in both --yolo mode and normal.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Can provide source access if needed but its a super simple app and then i ran the instructions from the readme here https://github.com/bradygaster/squad
2. copilot --yolo (I tried both iTerm2 and Warp)
3. Let it cook for a bit till it crashes and throws

Expected behavior

It's ok if it crashes but I wish it was a nicer error and that it would save my session so I could resume lol

Additional context

• MacOS, M1 Pro Tahoe 26.2
• iTerm2 latest, Warp latest
• homebrew install of copilot cli

We addressed this across several releases starting with v0.0.408. Fixes include bounded shell output buffering, transient event eviction in long sessions, reduced streaming memory usage, and explicit V8 heap limits. Later releases (v0.0.410, v0.0.412, v1.0.6) contain further memory improvements. If you're still seeing OOM crashes on the latest version, please feel free to reopen this issue.
