Hi,

I'm getting constant "Execution failed: Error: Stream completed without a response.completed event" errors since yesterday.
I had a worker gpt-5.2-codex (xhigh) working on a python library. it was all good for most of the time for last few days but since yesterday, i am getting constantly "Execution failed" errors. I have tried restarting session, logging out/in, starting new, fresh sessions from different workstations and getting the same error.

This has been fixed in v0.0.407. The CLI now automatically retries streaming responses that get interrupted by server errors, which addresses the "Stream completed without a response.completed event" failure. If you're still seeing this on a current version, feel free to reopen.
