Adding new local MCP server results in validation error with copilot-cli v0.0.400/0.0.401-1

Describe the bug

I wanted to add the markitdown-mcp server, that is already installed on the system.

The error Command is required for local servers is shown, even if the command is correctly added.

Affected version

GitHub Copilot CLI 0.0.401-1.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Start copilot-cli
2. Type /mcp add
3. Add server name markitdown-mcp
4. Add Command: markitdown-mcp
5. Leave Environment Variables and Tools empty
6. ctrl+s to save

Expected behavior

MCP server is added to user-level mcp-server.json

Additional context

• Operating System: Windows 11 (25H2)
• Terminal: Windows Terminal Preview
• Shell: Powershell 7.6.0-preview.4
• CPU: x64

This should be resolved as of v0.0.404, which fixed the Ctrl+S save behavior in the /mcp add form that was causing false "Command is required" validation errors. A further improvement in v1.0.13 also addressed a broader class of keystroke loss in dialog forms. If you're still seeing this on a current version, feel free to reopen.
