MacOS issue latest version of ProjectConverter

Hello!

First time using ProjectConverter. I downloaded your latest December version. I have not tested older versions before this to see if it was working before your latest. I'm on an M4 Macbook and tried initially the MacOS ARM version but got the message pictured in the above dropbox link.

The DAWproject file is out of the latest version of Studio One Pro. Mac version.

I am super excited to try this. Thank you So much for your time putting this app together.

I use the 'Convert To' DAWproject straight out of the latest version of Studio One 7. It is the included demo project "DJ Jazzy Jeff - Get Some Air" that comes with Studio One 7 that I used for testing. Let me figure out a way to get it to you.

Thanks for again for your development into this translator.

I used the included demo from Presonus to start testing your converter. My eventual goal is to see if your convert can transfer layerd takes back and forth between DAWs/NLE using DAWproject format. I am planning to do an audio book that uses take stacking to record voice actors and narrators recording takes into Reaper. But convert it to DAWprojects so that other sound designers using different daws can access the takes.

Does DAWproject files even keep 'Takes'? Is that something if it doesn't be include in your ProjectConvert App?

I looked into it and it is a bug in the Studio One export. You get the same error when you try to open it with Bitwig Studio.
There is an illegal character code in the Metadate.xml file. If you want to fix it yourself remove the "&copy" from the document.
I did report it to Presonus.
