I have a question on the feature engineering. In your notebook it seems that for hour x on day y, you take the average of the accidents in hour x, x-1, ..., x-5 on the same day y.

array_of_frequency[i] = (array_of_accidents[i] + array_of_accidents[i+1] + array_of_accidents[i+2] + array_of_accidents[i+3] + array_of_accidents[i+4] + array_of_accidents[i+5])/6

But in your blog, we should calculate "The accident rate for the same hour was calculated using the same hour of the day, over the previous 6 days ".

Please correct me if I am wrong.
