vertical lines in gutter after removing plugin

I've installed this plugin a few days ago, but found a better alternative before installing ImageMagick.
I have removed the plugin and restarted sublime and my computer, but still the vertical lines stay.
I can't find anything referring to GutterColor anywhere in sublime or in the files on my computer.

So how does sublime think there should be something in the gutter?
