This pull request adds a new Go implementation to the list of supported llama.cpp libraries in the
README.mddocumentation. The update helps users discover more options for integrating llama.cpp in Go projects.This new Repo is forked from go-skynet/go-llama.cpp but in case that repo didn't update with breaking changes I made a descision to continue the path for Go contributer
