need simple frame-by-frame graphs

We need simple frame-by-frame graphs that breaks out luma, color and temporal distortions.

Distogram, such as the one shown below, has this split, but it breaks the distortions further into spatial frequency bands.

The code can be modified to export the tensor with the distortions or to add a custom visualization.
