Got error after first install

Hi, I want to try Herbie, but after installing it according to the documentation with Composer, I get this error:

Which command(s) exactly did you use to install herbie?

I can't reproduce the issue on my Linux machine when following these install instructions (https://github.com/getherbie/herbie?tab=readme-ov-file#with-php-and-composer-on-your-machine), which seems to be the same as documented here (https://github.com/getherbie/start-website?tab=readme-ov-file#launch-website-using-php-and-composer).

composer create-project getherbie/start-website first-web

I'm sorry, but I still can't reproduce the error. However, I don't have a Windows system available for testing.

I've tested successfully on Mac and Linux, both with PHP/Composer and Docker/Docker Compose.

Tests in the GH pipeline are also running successfully on Mac and Linux with PHP versions 8.1 to 8.4.
