Range validation error misses minimumValue if the minimum is 0

Description

In the range validation for the column, if there is 0 then it is not displayed in the validation error message.

Expected Result
The values are displayed correctly in the range validation error message.

Current Result
Currently, 0 is not rendered in the validation error message.

Hi @subashtiwari1010, I noticed that the message is displayed correctly, but the warning exclamation mark on the right of the modified cell is not very visible.
