DDEV / Hetzner - Service Unavailable

Hello, this error seems to be a little bit random at first. I tried t3monitor/t3monitoring:^2.0 on a TYPO3 9.5 instance first, without this Error.

Occurred while trying to add clients in local t3monitor Server Instance:

Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Apache/2.4.38 (Debian) Server at t3monitoring.local Port 80

Under "T3 Monitor" this client isn't shown. But i can search for this Client, the Details:

Domain | https://t3monitoring-client.domain.de/

No successful import until now!

0.0 B
0.0 B

Isn't always the same, i tried different Domains and figured out, that all Domains from Hetzner-Hosting are unable to connect (Local/Server -> Remote/Client). I tried typo3 and other cms / static instances. Looks like there are some php/server settings which are required?! Or is there a problem with my local ddev instance? Or is there a bug in this Version of georgringer/t3monitoring?
If trying the same with Hetzner/Hetzner (Remote/Server -> Remote/Client) which is working without problems.
