disable add button functionality should be there

If i don't need add button icon over there then i don't have configuration to disable this button.

I need it in one of my project where according to the requirement tabs can be created dynamically but this add button should not insert any new tab.

I forked your project and made some changes and I will raise PR for the same (If you may accept it).
