elasticsearch does not work when disk is 90% full

On my system I still have 66 Gb available, plenty enough it ES to work but still watermark is 90% of disk

Maybe we should change this default settings https://www.elastic.co/docs/reference/elasticsearch/configuration-reference/cluster-level-shard-allocation-routing-settings#disk-based-shard-allocation
