PHP7 migration

additionally here is a alpha-patch that I made without me being sure I am on the right path.
I run php 7's phpize and ./configure and then running make gives me:

/opt/php5-gdal/gdal_main.cc:90:52: error: 'zend_objects_get_address' was not declared in this scope
     zend_objects_get_address(return_value TSRMLS_CC);

"error: 'zend_objects_get_address' was not declared in this scope" = it is nowhere to be found in php 7's
libs in /usr/include/php/20160303/Zend - in php5 it was in zend_objects.h

but in php7 its gone.

where you will get a good PHPDOC crosslinked docs for functions in php5's libs..

Seems to me even if we fixed the missing zend_objects_get_address situation - porting php5-gdal in php7 is not an easy task... I hope I am wrong.
