Domain and entity lists of actions are populated on creation which is at the start of StreamController. So when entities are added to Home Assistant while StreamController is running, they don't show up until the connection to Home Assistant is re-established or the App is restarted. It would be great if those lists were refreshed when an action is opened for editing in StreamController.
