How to use these ...?

I wouldn't call this an issue, but I also have no idea where else to ask this question (tried the Lazarus forum), but how can I use these in Lazarus?

I was trying to use one or the other newer frameworks like for example photokit.
I could of course just copy the needed files into my project directory and use them as such, but I was kind-a hoping I could use if for all my Lararus projects.
