Bootstrap capstone example + live verification (infra-gated)

Child of #116 (bootstrap).

Run the full bootstrap flow against a live model + LocalRunner to actually produce a running app end to end: the honest proof that 'zero to production-grade' works (the framework pieces verify offline with fakes, but the payoff only shows with live infra). Infra-gated; parks until a live env is available.

Offline capstone example built: PR #131 (examples/bootstrap-quickstart). Runs the whole flow — preset detection -> scope/architect/build/loop/deploy -> CODE-OVERVIEW.md — deterministically with AiFake + FakeRunner, no API key.

The live-verification half stays here: swapping the fakes for a real model + LocalRunner to produce a running app end to end. Keeping this open to track that (infra-gated).

Live verification done — PR #136.

Turns out this was barely infra-gated: LocalRunner runs on the host, so the only real dependency was a model key. src/live.ts runs the whole bootstrap flow for real (real model via @gemstack/ai-sdk + real LocalRunner). Verified against Anthropic Haiku 4.5:

• architect returned 6 real reasoned decisions (not the offline stub's 2)
• 3 persona workers scaffolded a 9-file Vike + universal-orm orders app to disk (schema + migration, pages/orders/+Page|+data|+config|+Head, ui-intent renderer)
• production-grade loop blocked once on missing auth, then cleared
• deploy decided SSR -> dockploy

So the core ask (live model + LocalRunner produce a real app end to end) is met. What's NOT yet proven: booting/serving the generated app and real deploy adapters (planOnlyTarget only decides). Those belong to #109 (runner/deploy adapters).

Suggest closing this on #136 merge and folding the boot-and-serve proof into #109. Leaving open until then.
