Move Activity Indicator over Refresh Button

Instead of having the activity indicator in the center of the toolbar at the bottom, have it replace the 'Refresh' button when the webview is loading/reloading.

This is how Twitter's browser does it, and it looks a slight bit nicer.

This would be nice to do, but for now, I think I might just make sure it's always at the middle of the bottom bar.
