question please

I am new here just started learning, I found your blog, downloaded it 
 1) in rootContext.xml
<context:component-scan base-package="com.sdg.blog">

but the source code does not have any folder called : com.sdg.blog 

2) where is defined the database name ?
3) where is rest controller ?
