-fix code generation for users where float.ToString() outputs a comma instead of a period for the decimal point

-updated GONet-Setup-Guide.pdf to reflect current state
-made use of GONetBehaviour and GONetParticipantCompanionBehaviour in sample code since it is easier for beginners (over using GONet event API) -enhanced the projectile test scene for troubleshooting purposes
