tpv-lint leaves behind `.mypy-cache` in current working directory

Is that a problem? It does make subsequent runs faster, so I never explicitly disabled it.

I don't think this is "nice" behavior but if that's what mypy does I think that's ok-ish. XDG_CACHE_HOME might be another option for tpv maybe ?

It looks like mypy doesn't support XDG_CACHE_HOME: python/mypy#8790
However, it does support MYPY_CACHE_DIR. Would that suffice or should we try to add some option to control this behaviour within TPV?

I would retrofit XDG_CACHE_HOME? It's not super obvious that tpv lint calls mypy, so a general purpose mechanism to locate the cache dir makes sense to me?
