Tab-Switching Glitch: Refresh Icon Flickers Unnecessarily After Load

While switching between tabs, the refresh symbol flickers twice - even after the website has fully loaded on the selected tab.
This issue persists in Chrome, Edge, Brave, and most of browsers.

Hi, thanks for opening the issue @Jeffrin2005. Hopefully the website will be replaced in the near future — see galasa-dev/projectmanagement#2068 — so I don't think it's worth working on @karankoder but thank you for offering.

Hi @karankoder, the bad news is that there isn't currently a good guide for contributing to the webui... the good news is that galasa-dev/projectmanagement#2147 is tagged with "good first issue" if you're up for forking the webui repo, trying out a small change, and working on a contributing guide!

I’ve reviewed (galasa-dev/projectmanagement#2147) but some parts are still a bit unclear to me. One thing I did understand is that there’s a repository named webUi related to this project.
