CTRL + ALT + B Not Working on Windows

when i type CTRL + ALT + B i'm getting this error

Yup, I noticed it also, Windows uses backslashes in path, I think that the issue is in the extension.ts - it should check if OS is Windows, and use backslash instead of slash in path, this is just a guess

Actually it seems the issue that it uses absolute path instead of relative. I tried running the same command with path relative to the working dir, and it works as expected. So probably needs to be fixed in the source code
