Dart path should be taken from the Dart extension's settings

I don't have Dart on my PATH, but the Dart extension has the dart.sdkPath option to specify where the SDK is. It'd be great if this extension also respected this option instead of looking for Dart on the PATH.

I have the same issue. We are using fvm for multiple projects and vscode is using flutter as provided in settings.json: "dart.flutterSdkPath": ".fvm/flutter_sdk",

@gaetschwartz any news on this? The watcher is awesome but can't really be used with fvm currently..
