Is this possible with this plugin? I want to know if a user is on a webview (for example if he opens a page link in facebook)

As long as the webview has a specific user agent you can do it. Unfortunately if you are referring to ios this is up to the developer so you can start by opening http://www.whatsmyua.info and see what facebook uses for it
