make caffe error : cannot find -l -lopencv_core

somebody please help me!
i'm trying to install caffe on ubuntu 16.04 using cuda 8.0 and cudnn 5.1. i got this error :

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -l -lopencv_core
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lopencv_imgcodecs

please help me to fix that.
