Safe for users that have received a warning?

If I received a warning in the first few weeks of this api, while it wasn't fully stable and people were getting warnings frequently, is it now safe for me to use now that it is stable? or am I on a watchlist by EA...

Lately I've also been getting warning on my account, is this any action EA is taking? I didn't specifically use this code, but I'm following the same logic.
My suspicion is of buying more than 5 items on the pre-transfer list.
Any clues whatsoever?
