There is no documentation of the deployment of app. How to deploy a fusion app?

I can make a build for my app with the `fusion build` command, but I am not able to run this anyway, neither with `fusion start` nor with `node`. Can someone please tell me how to do this? What are the steps for building and deploying a fusion app?
