Player radar does not work

I installed this plugin on my paper-1.21.1-133 server, and it works
But I can't turn on the display of players on the map. What am I doing wrong? I tried 1.12.0, 1.13.0, 1.14.0 versions of plugin.

Currently I don't implement MultiplayerOptionsPacket or ServerPlayerLocationPacket. As of now, this plugin only really allows you to restrict features of minimaps that would otherwise work without the plugin.

It's a shame. I was hoping this plugin would implement similar functionality. I hope it will be implemented someday.
