[Feature] Bypass permission and toggle command for staff

Would love the ability to give minimap.bypass to certain groups and have the plugin not nerf their minimaps. Additionally, a command to toggle between fully working and the configuration in the config file.

I'm pretty sure you can set most journeymap options to ops and it'll allow anyone with minimap.jm.admin to use that feature

Only works with journeymap, as that's part of journeymap's implementation. I'd have to write something else for xaeros/voxelmap

Yeah, Xaero's is in heavy use in my community, so that's the specific one I'm looking for. If you DO have time to target Xaero's with a feature like this, it'd be very appreciated by our staff team.

Alright, I've implemented a basic solution for bypassing the config for xaero/voxel. I'm not a massive fan of the current config system and I'd like to eventually get a luckperms hook working so overrides could happen immediately. Because of that, I'm not going to push this update to modrinth, but you can download the latest build here: https://github.com/funniray/minimap-control/releases/tag/v1.14.0

The current permissions are:

• minimap.override.radar.enabled (xaero/voxel)
• minimap.override.radar-mobs.enabled (voxel)
• minimap.override.radar-players.enabled (voxel)
• minimap.override.cave-mode.enabled (xaero/voxel)
• minimap.override.nether-cave-mode.enabled (xaero)
